This is not nudity (in the sense of the word). It is (at most) erotic. We may differ from opinion about it. Fact is: This pic is in the girl's profile (just click on the link). It is clear evidence, that this is a scamoperation. No regular (normal) girl (from ANY country), who is active in Internet Dating, would ever show such a pic in her profile. I was as surprised as you were.

I tried to identify the girl (by TinEye.com), because my first thought was: This is a model. Alas! TinEye didn't give any results. If you can find anything about the real ID of that girl... Please, post your info. I am as curious as you are.

Pics posted on Delphi can be identified by victims. PictureSearch is a valuable function. No other anti-scamsite features this function. I ask you: stop raping the pics I (and others) post here. I understand very well what you are trying to reach. But, my friends, you achieve the opposite!

But our Miss Marple regarded it as Nudity.
Some Delphians emailed me and they regarded the one as Nudity.
This photo is a boarderline on Nudity.

It is my opinion that Mariya's pic in question is a nude pic.
I had emailed Dirk and told him my feeling on this pic.
Dirk replyed to my mail explaining his opinion and reasons

but then i thouhgt this over and saw wanwan
made an request that i should make an statement
on this issue..

No hard feelings at all for you Dirk I understand youre point
of view in this matter and I totally respect it also..

But as you know I am victim also and a woman...
and I think many women who comes to this site
are very vulnerable and sensitive also because they are
scammed,you have no self confidence and feel totally abused.

The last thing is what you wanna see is pictures of nude women
and pornographic ...if i see that picture in a fashion magazine
maybe i would not react..but in sites like this..you see only
pictures of that what scammers using for they own purposes
many beautiful and very body exposing also..
Woman breasts are symbolic for our moderhood,
our feminin side and for our sexual side.
And scammers use mostly such
pictures to create feelings for the males......
they want to make buisness...

There is no wrong with women breasts of course ,
but it has to be taken in it context
Thats why i reacted in this way i did..as a woman..

That is exactly what scammers do! They work on peoples' emotions. They use all possible means to get to their purse. My collection of pics used by scammers is large (and growing). They never sent nude, disrespectful, pics to me. The picture above is part of the girl's profile. Like you, I was surprised to find it there. That is not the way to present a girl, looking for a serious relationship. How do men react on it? Are we beasts? No, of course not. A man who is searching for a true relationship will not begin a serious date on the basis of this photo.

You may be right about the fashion magazine. Find the magazine and we will know her true ID.
