Beginning on March 11, 2020, the first round of checks in the Western Union matter will be mailed out.
This mailing includes more than 109,000 checks totaling $153 million. Check recipients in this mailing are
receiving 100% of the losses identified on their pre-filled claim forms.
There will be another large distribution later this year to additional consumers. In the meantime, the claims
administrator is working to reach as many consumers as possible to verify claims.
If you got a letter that says there was a problem with your claim, you can submit your response via email to:
email@example.com. Do not use any other email address, and do not reply to any emails telling
you to apply for a refund or to provide personal information.
If you have a question about your check, or your claim, please call the administrator at 1-844-319-2124.
